Formed in 2020, the  Lîla Coletiva is composed of a multidisciplinary team, which includes several professionals from the northeast of Brazil. Composed by Alessandra Soares, André Moraes,  Carolina Mapurunga and Igor Miranda, architects and urban planners, Aline Rios, administrator, Luisa Victor, educator, Lucas Izidorio, art and culture instructor and architecture and urbanism student and Isabela Neves, architecture and urbanism student, the collective aims to bring society closer together civil society and the public management of urban issues, facilitating their understanding, broadening the debate and contributing to the formation of increasingly inclusive territories.

The tool notebook, a partnership between Coletivo Lila,  IAB and FBVL, proposes strategies and tools aimed at the development of urban designs and community actions for early childhood. The material is an invitation that aims to guide public officials and managers in the city of Aracaju on the development of paths for the collective construction of safe and healthy cities, through a game of purposeful actions in the territory, exemplified through the Bugio and Lamarão neighborhoods.
